Principal Software Engineer
Tasks
- Build and maintain containerized SaaS applications
- Build scalable microservices and REST APIs
- Design AI evaluation monitoring and feedback loops
- Design and implement AI driven agentic systems
- Establish architectural standards and engineering best practices
- Implement CI CD observability and safe deployments
- Implement hallucination mitigation with retrieval and validation
- Lead end to end software initiatives
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and pairing
- Modernize legacy systems to cloud-native architectures
- Orchestrate LLM workflows and tool calling
- Own production delivery from discovery to launch
- Partner cross functionally to align delivery with outcomes
