Principal Software Engineer
Tasks
- Build and orchestrate agentic AI systems
- Design and build microservices and APIs
- Design evaluation monitoring and feedback loops for AI
- Develop RESTful APIs and event driven integrations
- Ensure AI security, privacy, and compliance
- Establish CI CD observability and safe deployments
- Implement LLM capabilities and hallucination mitigation
- Integrate AI systems with business workflows APIs and data sources
- Lead end-to-end project delivery
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and pairing
- Modernize legacy systems to cloud-native architectures
- Optimize database performance and reliability
- Set technical direction through architecture
