Principal Software Engineer
Tasks
- Architect and implement RAG systems
- Build automated test generation and AI code review
- Build deploy and monitor model driven services
- Collaborate with product security data science and DevOps to deliver milestones
- Design vector pipelines chunking embedding indexing and hybrid retrieval
- Embed AI into product features and SDLC
- Implement AI guardrails safety filters PII masking and evaluation harnesses
- Implement model and prompt versioning canary rollouts and rollback strategies
- Integrate REST and SOAP where needed
- Lead architecture for scalable microservices and data platforms
- Mentor engineers and raise code quality standards
- Modernize legacy Perl and .NET modules into cloud native services
- Monitor accuracy relevance drift and observability
- Oversee Windows services and plan migration to containers
- Own API contracts service decomposition and data models
- Ship critical reference implementations
