- Analyze engineering data to improve yield and reliability
- Build data mining and pattern recognition models
- Collaborate with cross functional teams for product shipping
- Deploy and validate AI ML models for KPI improvement
- Develop and enhance data infrastructure pipelines
- Develop machine learning and deep learning models
- Identify test and share AI enabled enhancements
- Integrate analytics improvements into Dispo workflow
- Lead yield improvement initiatives
- Support wafer die level screening and efficiency improvement
