Professional Services Consultant, AI Solutions
Tasks
- Conduct workflow discovery and process mapping
- Configure certified agents and workflows
- Coordinate cross functional escalations and stakeholder communication
- Create prompting guardrails and safety controls
- Create repeatable playbooks and delivery templates
- Design delivery roadmaps and operating models
- Develop UAT test plans and coordinate validation
- Lead end to end customer AI agent deployments
- Manage launch readiness and user enablement
- Mentor other consultants and support troubleshooting
- Partner with executive and operational stakeholders
- Produce customer documentation and operating guidance
- Provide governance risk controls and adoption strategy
- Track KPIs for value realization
