- Assist providers with NPI number updates
- Coordinate enrollment with state agencies and payers
- Coordinate with billing teams to resolve enrollment denials
- Enroll providers in CAQH and manage re-attestations
- Ensure accurate provider enrollment applications
- Follow up with insurance carriers on enrollment status
- Maintain practitioner enrollment forms in Avatar
- Maintain provider enrollment database and generate reports
- Manage provider enrollment and re-enrollment process
- Monitor payer compliance for enrollment and re-enrollment
- Oversee provider enrollment department productivity
- Participate in performance improvement activities
- Respond to third party inquiries and complaints
- Track outstanding enrollment applications and effective dates
- Update provider enrollment matrix
