Supervisor - Payor Enrollment, Credentialing
Tasks
- Assign work to team members based on territory volume priority capacity
- Collaborate with Market Access and Billing to support enrollment workflows
- Ensure adherence to payor requirements internal policies and established processes
- Escalate complex or unresolved enrollment issues to leadership
- Maintain process documentation and job aids
- Manage department inbox to review prioritize route track requests
- Monitor team workload productivity and balance distribution
- Oversee payor enrollment operations to ensure timely application processing
- Provide guidance for routine enrollment issues
- Review enrollment submissions for accuracy and completeness
- Track and report performance metrics such as turnaround time backlog error rate
- Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
