Tasks
- Assist providers with NPI updates
- Coordinate enrollment with Alabama Department of Mental Health and payers
- Coordinate with billing companies to resolve enrollment related denials
- Enroll providers in CAQH and manage re-attestations
- Ensure accurate provider enrollment with payers
- Ensure new provider applications completed on time
- Follow up with insurance carriers on enrollment status
- Implement compliance policies and procedures
- Issue monthly enrollment status reports
- Maintain practitioner enrollment forms in Avatar
- Maintain provider enrollment database
- Maintain re enrollment information and submit on time
- Manage provider enrollment application process
- Participate in performance improvement activities
- Resolve provider based billing denial issues
- Respond to payer inquiries and complaints
- Track outstanding applications and notify stakeholders
- Track staff productivity measures
- Update provider enrollment matrix
