Tasks
- Act as escalation point for complex customer master data cases
- Coach local customer data stewards
- Collaborate with Sales Service Finance Data Governance
- Document SOPs and work instructions
- Enforce customer data standards and governance rules
- Execute deduplication and data cleansing
- Monitor customer master data quality
- Own customer master data quality
- Perform customer account merges and obsoletion
- Provide data quality KPI reporting
- Support SAP S4HANA MDG C and CRM operations
- Support data quality monitoring and validation
- Test data related changes in CRM MDG
