- Build and lead people analytics function
- Create executive ready dashboards and reports
- Define and execute people analytics strategy
- Design and analyze employee surveys
- Design and build AI powered HR tools
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models
- Ensure compliance privacy and governance for analytics
- Establish data infrastructure and governance
- Lead experimentation and team culture
- Monitor trends in people analytics and AI ML
- Partner with HR leadership and stakeholders on analytics questions
- Present insights to executive leadership
- Synthesize qualitative findings into recommendations
