Tasks
- Analyze problems and develop data solutions
- Build and distribute EHR and clinical reports
- Build support and maintain EHR and clinical or business information systems
- Configure EHR workflows worklists Boolean rules and masterfiles
- Coordinate new network hardware and software service requests
- Coordinate training material development
- Create test scripts and perform testing
- Design configure develop and evaluate predictive models
- Design queries and programs to retrieve complex data
- Document application design and build including workflow diagrams
- Implement approved system changes and notify stakeholders
- Lead operational workgroups and document next steps
- Plan interface design and testing
- Provide after hours on call support for critical systems
- Provide primary end user support
- Review recommend and implement data security integrity backup and recovery
- Support project configuration testing training activation and post live stabilization
- Troubleshoot system problems and respond to user questions
