Shipping & Fulfillment Coordinator
Tasks
- Correct discrepancies at no cost to the government
- Log discrepancies in a non conformance log
- Maintain equipment transfer records
- Manage packaging and shipping processes for IT equipment
- Perform courier forklift and transportation services
- Perform visual inspection for conformity and damage
- Prepare shipping materials from customer inventory data
- Provide logistical support for domestic and overseas shipments
- Provide receipt documents monthly to stakeholders
- Review bills of lading and packing lists
