- Architect LLM solutions for business challenges
- Create and deliver technical content to engineering and executives
- Design scalable architectures
- Develop evals for Claude use cases
- Guide technical discovery to deployment
- Identify integration patterns and feedback to product and engineering
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns
- Partner with sales to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
- Serve as technical advisor for enterprise Claude adoption
- Support customers building with Claude API
- Support customers building with Claude for Work
- Travel to customer sites for workshops and deep dives
