Tasks
- Act as liaison between customers and R and D
- Analyze customer design requirements
- Build and maintain customer technical relationships
- Deliver feasibility and scope assessments
- Develop technical demos and benchmarking
- Manage customer technical requirements
- Prepare and present technical materials
- Provide post-sales technical support
- Provide pre-sales technical support
- Represent company at trade shows webinars and events
- Support development phase to commercial release
