- Analyze device and circuit data for variability
- Collaborate with device process modeling and EDA teams
- Correlate models across TCAD and silicon data
- Create device libraries and PCells
- Create validation plans for model accuracy
- Design test structures and test chips
- Develop PDKs for quantum devices
- Develop automation tools for fab process representation
- Execute QA workflows for DRC and LVS
- Integrate and validate PDKs in EDA flows
- Integrate compact models and parameter extraction
- Maintain PDK runtime code and rule decks
- Perform yield learning and root cause analysis
- Write PDK documentation and release notes
