- Answer inbound calls
- Assist daily parkers with meter issues
- Enter payment and customer data
- Handle customer complaints
- Maintain deliverable calendar
- Manage after call work for sign ups
- Monitor and maintain storefront email
- Perform branch lot and account maintenance support
- Process parking transactions
- Process temporary paper passes
- Provide customer support and training to new positions
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Support other CSRs with client troubleshooting
- Update customer account information
- Upload work order documents to shared drive
