Retail Customer Service, Sales Floor Support, and Stock & Fulfillment - Hastings Village Rack
Tasks
- Assist customers at point of sale
- Deliver merchandise to selling departments
- Ensure merchandise is properly ticketed
- Fulfill customer orders to quality standards
- Maintain sales floor readiness through merchandising
- Organize stockrooms and check in merchandise
- Prepare and ship customer orders
- Process transactions using point of sale system
- Receive unload freight and unpack merchandise
- Relocate store fixtures and assist store setup
- Research merchandise shipments using inventory control processes
- Set up special events and organize backroom
- Sort and return clothing to sales floor
- Support fitting room by greeting customers and sorting clothing
- Use inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
