Tasks
- Define centralized BI delivery model
- Drive continuous improvement of BI processes and operating model
- Ensure compliance with data privacy security and governance standards
- Ensure integration across data platforms including warehouse lakehouse and downstream
- Establish BI performance metrics and KPIs
- Evaluate and optimize BI analytics tools and vendors
- Implement BI development standards and lifecycle management
- Implement data literacy initiatives
- Lead enterprise business intelligence strategy and roadmap
- Lead intake prioritization and execution of BI initiatives
- Oversee ad hoc analytics and special projects
- Oversee dashboards reports and analytical data products
- Partner with data governance to embed standards and quality
- Prepare executive communications dashboards and presentations
- Represent BI in cross functional governance forums
- Supervise and develop BI analysts
- Support advanced analytics use cases with data scientists
- Transition BI platforms to Microsoft Fabric
- Translate business needs into analytical solutions
