Senior AI Solutions Engineer – Customer Success and Deployment
Tasks
- Analyze telemetry and observability data to troubleshoot and improve production operations
- Benchmark and drive acceptance testing for model deployments
- Deploy validate and optimize large language models on Oracle GenAI Services and OCI
- Evaluate model behavior for domain use cases and mission critical requirements
- Optimize performance throughput latency TTFT scalability and resource efficiency
- Partner across engineering product operations security and support to resolve deployment issues
- Provide customer feedback to influence product direction and engineering roadmaps
- Recommend model selection prompting strategies and RAG architectures
- Serve as primary technical representative for Oracle during customer AI deployments
- Translate customer mission requirements into scalable AI deployment strategies
