Tasks
- Analyze customer issues via email web phone
- Collaborate with engineering for prioritization and resolution
- Document solutions in internal and external knowledge bases
- Follow support processes to resolve problems quickly
- Investigate root cause using Snowflake environment connectors and third party tools
- Participate in support projects
- Provide technical solutions
- Report bugs with detailed information
