Robotics Customer Operations Intern

- Draft customer facing and internal documentation
- Handle customer tickets for order management and shipping
- Improve order management communication templates
- Maintain operational dashboards
- Manage field returns database
- Manage order invoicing and refunds
- Own purchase to delivery
- Resolve shipment issues and root cause problems
- Run returns and RMA process
- Support outbound shipping workflows
- Track returned unit turnaround time
