Robotics Field Service Engineer
Tasks
- Adhere to safety standards including LOTO and industrial compliance
- Coordinate field scheduling with customers and vendors
- Diagnose root causes and restore systems quickly
- Document service work root cause analysis and follow up actions
- Identify recurring failure patterns and escalate systemic risks
- Log service activity and asset updates in CMMS
- Monitor system performance remotely
- Participate in RCA sessions and audits
- Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance
- Provide hands on technical support to operators and maintenance teams
- Respond to remote and on site escalations
