- Automate reporting and improve FP and A workflows
- Conduct variance analysis for operating reviews
- Create KPI dashboards for profitability margin cash flow working capital
- Drive cluster financial planning
- Ensure statutory tax VAT compliance
- Ensure transfer pricing compliance
- Lead and develop multi country finance team
- Lead project controlling and revenue recognition alignment
- Maintain internal controls and governance frameworks
- Manage WIP backlog and milestone tracking
- Manage business performance management
- Manage external audit processes
- Monitor cash flow and treasury activities
- Oversee US GAAP and local GAAP reporting
- Own budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Perform cost and contract reviews
- Provide financial risk assessments for strategic decisions
