Robotics Senior Project Manager
Tasks
- Align scope and budget with operations leads
- Balance shifts throughput and skills across vendors
- Build and track budgets burn and margins
- Coach project managers and coordinators
- Conduct QBR style stakeholder reviews
- Define acceptance criteria and audit quality
- Drive process automation and tooling
- Ensure data handling privacy and access controls
- Escalate risks issues and changes with options
- Forecast and secure rater and annotator capacity
- Lead robotics data operations at scale
- Lead root cause analysis and action plans
- Manage change orders
- Manage portfolio status risk and executive reporting
- Oversee AI training data portfolio delivery
- Pilot and scale RPA and API driven flows
- Plan and run end to end projects
- Review vendor performance and drive improvements
- Set priorities milestones and handoffs
- Set vendor expectations and SLAs
- Support onboarding and skills growth
