Senior Director, Commercial Analytics & Operations (USA Rare Disease)
Tasks
- Administer performance measurement frameworks
- Align territories to maximize coverage and productivity
- Define field force effectiveness strategy
- Design incentive compensation plans and governance
- Develop dashboards performance reporting and forecasting tools
- Develop data driven customer prioritization methodologies
- Ensure compliance governance audit readiness and data integrity
- Execute launch readiness plans across field targeting and incentives
- Identify operational risks and mitigation strategies
- Lead cross functional initiatives with internal and external partners
- Lead sales force sizing and deployment
- Lead strategic analyses for launch readiness and resource allocation
- Own customer segmentation and targeting strategies
- Translate corporate brand and launch objectives into operations programs
