AI Engineer / Senior Platform Support Officer

Tasks
- Automate support workflows monitoring dashboards and alerting
- Collaborate on platform improvements with development MLOps and infrastructure
- Develop runbooks knowledge bases and escalation procedures
- Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards
- Manage incidents and problem management with ITIL processes
- Monitor maintain and optimize platform health performance and cost
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical issues
- Perform root cause analysis for outages and failures
- Provide mentorship and guidance to L1 L2 support engineers
- Serve as L3 escalation tier for production incidents
- Stay current with platform updates deprecations and feature releases
- Support model deployment release validation and rollback
- Troubleshoot end to end architecture across networking identity and serving layers
