- Collaborate on issue triage and pull request reviews
- Design and optimize time series indexing storage and querying
- Drive cross organizational observability initiatives
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in indexing layouts
- Improve serialization formats and resource utilization
- Lead architectural evolution of storage engine components
- Optimize data layouts for object storage
- Serve as subject matter expert for Elasticsearch core engine
- Use modern Java to deliver high performance scalable software
