Tasks
- Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity
- Conduct secondary market valuations
- Drive continuous improvement for accuracy and customer resolution
- Ensure processing accuracy and on time delivery
- Identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Maintain SOP compliance and quality standards
- Manage daily pick pack and ship operations
- Monitor order accuracy and packaging quality
- Oversee daily fulfillment workflows
- Partner cross functionally to resolve inventory and fulfillment issues
- Research and resolve pick pack and shipping errors
- Resolve defect and missing card submissions
- Review customer claims and documentation
- Select resolution items and replacement actions
- Supervise and coach frontline team members
- Support audits reconciliations and reporting
- Support escalated customer issue resolution
- Track workflow performance and identify bottlenecks
- Train team members on systems and SOPs
