Tasks
- Align stakeholders on outcomes scope and timelines
- Coordinate incident response and root cause analysis
- Define team goals and OKRs aligned to strategy
- Drive continuous improvement automation and self service
- Ensure services meet SLAs SLOs and production readiness
- Lead data platform engineering teams globally
- Maintain documentation standards and governance
- Own backlog and roadmap for data platform services
- Provide data platform solution design guidance
- Set delivery direction and remove blockers
