HPC Customer Solutions Engineer
Tasks
- Act as liaison between customers and internal teams
- Develop and maintain user documentation
- Drive software feature development via customer engagement
- Maintain product feature knowledge and provide customer guidance
- Profile HPC applications to identify bottlenecks
- Provide hands on customer support for scientific HPC applications
- Reproduce issues for timely resolution
- Translate customer technical requirements into software features
- Troubleshoot bugs and runtime errors
