Associate Director of Program Data and Analytics
Tasks
- Automate recurring workflows and reduce manual work
- Coach and supervise seasonal data interns
- Conduct data day visualizations and leadership presentations
- Conduct user research to improve dashboard adoption
- Create Looker Studio dashboards and reports
- Develop BigQuery data warehouse expertise
- Develop recurring program reporting and KPI dashboards
- Identify trends and connect program participation to youth outcomes
- Improve data quality survey administration and documentation
- Lead evolution of business intelligence products
- Maintain Python and FiveTran pipelines
- Manage cross functional projects from scoping through execution
- Oversee program data systems reliability and scalability
- Serve as primary data partner to senior program leaders
- Support evaluation analytics for key initiatives
- Translate program needs into scalable data solutions
