Tasks
- Communicate load readiness using Korber
- Manage pick assignments using schedule
- Manage staging area for pack out
- Monitor order flow staging and load management communications
- Perform additional duties assigned by management
- Prioritize inventory replenishment
- Proactively respond to operational communications
- Release complete orders using schedule tool
- Report inventory discrepancies to inventory control team
- Support balanced optimized pick process with team leads and supervisors
- Support daily operations on operations floor
- Track daily productivity and picker performance
