Tasks
- Build pipelines to sync customer data with customer engagement platforms
- Create customer 360 views and improve audience readiness across channels
- Design build and maintain Snowflake data models for customer engagement and reporting
- Develop customer data structures for personalization and lifecycle marketing
- Establish data quality governance privacy and compliance practices
- Implement identity resolution and customer profile unification
- Optimize Snowflake environments for performance scalability reliability and cost
- Translate customer engagement requirements into Snowflake schemas for CDP activation
