• Generate revenue for hotel corporate and MICE accounts
• Handle office phone calls efficiently
• Maintain accurate client information and folders
• Maintain professional hotel representation
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts
• Manage and mentor sales team
• Maximize hotel market share
• Prepare proposals and coordinate hotel site inspections
• Prepare proposals and send to guests
• Review daily event report and monthly MICE and catering report
• Review weekly forecast report
• Set and follow up sales targets
