- Build and configure autonomous AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce
- Build engagement based workflow automation and personalized outreach journeys
- Configure and maintain Retrieval Augmented Generation grounding strategies
- Configure and support CI CD pipelines and Git based deployment workflows
- Create optimize and ground prompt templates for LLM interactions
- Design and implement AI assisted coaching workflows and intelligent automation
- Design develop deploy maintain AI powered solutions within Salesforce ecosystem
- Develop Apex classes and Lightning Web Components and Flows and APIs
- Develop and maintain Agent Actions to orchestrate workflows
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to security compliance governance and responsible AI
- Integrate Agentforce solutions with Salesforce data models and external APIs
