Tasks
- Balance service administrative and maintenance tasks
- Coach fulfillment service excellence
- Conduct daily safety and compliance checks
- Operate and maintain powered equipment
- Partner with Pro Sales to fulfill pro call ahead orders
- Pick stage and validate orders
- Reduce shrink through audits and validation
- Resolve issues and escalate when needed
- Respond to customer and associate questions
- Schedule coverage and communicate fulfillment priorities
- Support inventory accuracy through audits
- Use Orders App to pick stage and fulfill orders
