Tasks
- Create safe migration playbooks with rollback between model providers versions
- Define CI CD promotion gates versioning testing security scans and approvals
- Define SLIs SLOs and observability standards using OTel telemetry
- Define data classification PII redaction retention and purge policies
- Define reference architecture and design standards for agent orchestration
- Deliver enablement with reference implementations developer playbooks and mentoring
- Ensure end to end auditability for agent actions and access decisions
- Establish identity patterns and policy enforcement for agents
- Implement deterministic human agent handoff and long running orchestration workflows
- Implement least privilege access with RBAC ABAC
- Integrate gateways and standardized interfaces with enterprise systems
- Lead incident and credential compromise runbooks and release readiness reviews
- Own release sequencing and deprecation strategy
