Senior AI Engineer/ Senior Associate Director, Tech SME
Tasks
- Architect enterprise platform capabilities
- Coordinate end to end delivery across teams
- Drive platform adoption with reference implementations and developer enablement
- Implement governance for safe repeatable agent delivery
- Implement observability with logs, metrics, traces
- Manage platform performance with success metrics and SLOs
- Partner with stakeholders to define and implement Generative AI agent platform
- Run evaluations and tune reliability accuracy latency and cost
- Stay current with GenAI agent advancements and drive platform upgrades
- Translate technical options into recommendations for leadership
