Tasks
- Build RAG pipelines with vector indexing
- Build data and feature pipelines
- Collaborate with research and product teams
- Develop prompt design and fine tuning pipelines
- Ensure HIPAA and PHI compliance
- Establish MLOps and LLMOps best practices
- Evaluate LLM models with guardrails
- Implement CI/CD for ML pipelines
- Implement model governance and responsible AI
- Lead architecture and delivery of ML and GenAI solutions
- Mentor engineers and set engineering standards
- Monitor models for drift
- Optimize cost and performance
- Run A/B testing
- Set up model registry and experiment tracking
- Translate business problems into technical roadmaps
- Write efficient Python and SQL
