Tasks
- Analyze HR processes and identify automation opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize transformation initiatives
- Contribute to best practices reusable assets and knowledge sharing
- Design and configure AI agents prompts conversation flows business rules
- Monitor adoption performance and business outcomes
- Support implementation of AI solutions across HR and People Operations
- Test validate and optimize AI driven solutions and employee experiences
