Tasks
- Build and present reactive and proactive demos
- Build data connectors for ingestion sources
- Configure RCA agent retrieval and evidence weighting
- Configure streaming log ingestion pipelines
- Create fix strategy libraries for remediation steps
- Debug async distributed pipeline failures
- Develop custom log parsers
- Ingest and index knowledge articles and historical cases
- Modify signature workflow DAG for customer logic
- Own customer onboarding and production deployment
- Provision multi tenant environments
- Ship bug fixes and feature additions
- Transfer knowledge to customer teams and train operations
- Tune LLM prompts and memory strategies
- Tune anomaly detection baselines and sensitivity thresholds
