- Collaborate with QA to ensure testability and traceability
- Define and enforce engineering practices for agentic workflows
- Drive release readiness including deployment checks and rollback considerations
- Implement human-in-the-loop workflows
- Implement orchestration logic and tool API integrations
- Implement retrieval patterns and guardrails
- Improve observability manage technical debt and tune reliability
- Lead hands on technical execution for agentic AI capabilities
- Resolve complex defects integration issues performance bottlenecks
