- Execute new automation and robotics technology implementation
- Implement PLC logic for industrial automation devices
- Implement productivity actions for process improvement
- Integrate hardware software and sensors into automation platforms
- Lead Lean initiatives and execute AWO actions
- Lead automation and robotics team activities
- Lead safety and quality issue resolution for automation systems
- Lead simulations and tests for automation performance and reliability
- Monitor automation critical enablers and manage equipment improvement requests
- Organize operator trainings and qualifications
- Program robots for motion control path planning and autonomous navigation
- Provide daily manufacturing support
- Support engineering team with automation technology expertise
- Troubleshoot and debug automation and robotics systems
