Senior Cloud Database Administrator (IVR & Analytics Platform)
Tasks
- Administer Amazon Aurora MySQL
- Administer Amazon Redshift
- Automate operational tasks using scripting and infrastructure-as-code
- Collaborate with DevOps on infrastructure changes and deployments
- Configure monitoring alerts logging and health checks
- Ensure high availability backup and recovery
- Implement disaster resilience for production databases
- Manage database security roles permissions and RBAC
- Monitor and optimize ETL and analytical query performance
- Monitor and optimize OLTP transactional performance
- Perform incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Provide production database support
- Provision configure patch and upgrade databases
- Support ETL pipelines data warehouse and reporting and BI tools
