Senior Cloud Database Administrator (IVR & Analytics Platform)
Tasks
- Administer Amazon Aurora MySQL databases
- Administer Amazon Redshift databases
- Automate database operational tasks with scripting
- Collaborate with DevOps and data teams on deployments and schema design
- Configure alerts logging and health checks
- Ensure high availability backup recovery and disaster resilience
- Manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and CloudFormation
- Manage database user roles permissions and RBAC
- Monitor and optimize transactional and analytics database performance
- Provision configure patch and upgrade cloud databases
- Respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Support ETL pipelines data warehouse and reporting integrations
- Support data security and audit compliance
