Senior Conversational AI Delivery Engineer Lead - LATAM
Tasks
- Define delivery standards playbooks and quality bars
- Deploy agentic workflows NLU modeling and omnichannel integrations
- Design configure and deploy conversational AI solutions
- Identify delivery risks and escalate complex technical issues
- Integrate GenAI capabilities using RAG embedding search and prompt engineering
- Integrate contact center infrastructure IVR SIP CTI and omnichannel APIs
- Own end to end technical delivery quality from design to go live
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers
- Scope interview and onboard pod members
- Serve as technical anchor for LATAM delivery pod
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures and CX designs
