- Advise on hardware development lifecycle legal issues
- Collaborate with legal cross functional teams
- Develop legal processes templates playbooks and guidance
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Manage commercial regulatory intellectual property privacy and compliance risk
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments for hardware operations
- Negotiate supplier manufacturing development consulting licensing procurement and partnership agreements
- Provide business-oriented legal counsel
- Translate legal concepts into actionable guidance
