Senior Data Engineer
Tasks
- Analyze and fix defects in data pipelines and reports
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines
- Conduct code reviews and recommend improvements
- De identify data and create data marts
- Design and develop data pipelines
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Git
- Maintain AWS data processing workflows
- Mentor engineers and cross functional team members
- Orchestrate workflows with Apache Airflow
- Perform unit testing and coordinate testing
- Support onboarding training for new hires
- Transform and validate clinical real world data
- Write SQL and Python for clinical and genomic data
