Senior Data Engineer
Tasks
- Build coherent data models
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts on data needs
- Create evidence layers for scientific analysis
- Design scalable data ingestion pipelines
- Develop and maintain DBT data models
- Develop feature engineering pipelines
- Document models pipeline logic and transformation assumptions
- Handle large scale data movement and transfers
- Implement data quality checks and monitoring
- Implement dbt testing documentation and environment management
- Ingest data from REST APIs flat files databases and licensed datasets
- Orchestrate workflows with Dagster
- Validate dataset trustworthiness
