Senior Data Platform Support Engineer -GCP Certified
Tasks
- Administer GCP projects compute storage networking logging and monitoring
- Administer workspaces compute and user onboarding
- Collect logs and evidence and escalate to L3
- Create runbooks support procedures and incident workflows
- Manage access and role management
- Monitor cloud resource usage and support cost monitoring
- Monitor production analytics services with Cloud Logging and Cloud Monitoring
- Participate in on call rota for incident triage and resolution
- Provide L2 operational support for GCP data and analytics platform
- Support data science and analytics users for compute storage and data availability
- Support on prem analytics platform patching upgrades and user support
- Support platform deployments and configuration changes with DevOps
- Troubleshoot GCP access issues with IAM service accounts and permissions
- Use Harness for operational processes and reporting
